Hometown Heroes Military Banner application
The City of Lake Helen Hometown Heroes Military Banner Program Program was created for Lake Helen residents. The Program pays tribute to and honors family members that are active or past military service personnel.
Names submitted will be considered for City recognition on a first‐come, first‐served basis. Space is limited. To qualify, honorees must be a former or current resident of Lake Helen and must be serving or have served in the United States Armed Forces.
