Current Employment Opportunities:


The Director of Administration oversees the Human Resources and is the official custodian of personnel records, responsible for maintaining all employee and employment records, responding to public records requests, and completing employment verification.

The Director of Administration is responsible for the administration of the City’s compensation plans and performance management systems, as well as creating and updating classifications.

The Director of Administration is responsible for providing courteous and efficient service to employees and the general public relative to the recruitment, application and selection process. This includes application and resume screening to determine eligibility for all City positions; resume evaluation and career counseling.
